2. Booking Policy

Platform:

All bookings must be made via the booking form available on the Noelyne Bakes website.

Availability:

Bookings are subject to availability. For services with limited spots (e.g., masterclasses with up to 5 participants), spaces will be allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.

Waiting List:

If a class or session is fully booked, you may join the waiting list. Should a spot become available, those on the waiting list will be notified in order of their position.

Late Bookings:

Clients may book a service at the last minute if spaces are still available.

Confirmation:

Upon successful booking, you will receive a confirmation email detailing the date, time, and location of your session.

Service Types and Pricing:

Pricing for all services is clearly stated on the booking page and is subject to change. However, the price at the time of booking will be honoured.

Refund and Cancellation Policy:

All bookings are final. No refunds will be provided for cancellations, no-shows, or changes initiated by the client. Requests for rescheduling must be made directly to Noelyne Bakes via email. Rescheduling is subject to availability and may incur an additional fee for last-minute changes, at the discretion of Noelyne Bakes.

Participant Limits:

• Masterclasses: Limited to 5 participants. No minimum participant requirement.

• 1:1 Sessions and Consultations: Limited to one person per booking.

Health and Safety:

• Allergens: Noelyne Bakes operates in an environment that handles common allergens, including but not limited to: gluten, nuts, dairy, eggs, and soy. Separate allergen-free workstations are not available. By booking a class or session, you acknowledge and accept this.

• Safety Instructions: Safety instructions will be provided at the start of each in-person session. Participants must adhere to these instructions to ensure a safe experience.

• Liability: Noelyne Bakes is not responsible for any injuries, allergic reactions, or other incidents that may occur during a class or session. Participation is at your own risk.

3. Ordering Process

Pre-Designed Cakes:
Clients may select from a range of pre-designed cakes in the online shop, with options for customisable flavours, fillings, colour schemes, and tiers. Payment must be made in full at the time of order.

Custom Orders:
For bespoke cakes, clients must complete the custom order form and may upload inspiration images. Custom orders are accepted at Noelyne Bakes' discretion. Bespoke orders will be confirmed within 1-2 working days and ready in 7 days from the confirmation.

Wedding Cake Consultations:
Clients must book a consultation via the booking form. Consultations are free and limited to one individual per session.

Refund and Cancellation Terms:

No refunds will be provided for any orders, and cancellations are not accepted under any circumstances. Once an order is placed, it is considered final.

4. Delivery Policy

Delivery Areas:
Noelyne Bakes only delivers to London and surrounding areas. 

Delivery Fees:
Delivery fees are calculated at checkout based on the delivery address and are subject to change. Clients will be informed of the total delivery cost before completing their purchase.

Lead Time:
All orders must be placed at least 7 days in advance of the required delivery date.

5. Health and Safety / Allergens

Noelyne Bakes takes the safety of our customers seriously and complies with UK food safety regulations. All of our products are prepared in an environment that handles common allergens, and we make every effort to avoid cross-contamination. However, we cannot guarantee that any of our products are free from traces of allergens.

The 14 major allergens are:

• Celery, Cereals containing gluten, Crustaceans, Eggs, Fish, Lupin, Milk, Molluscs, Mustard, Nuts, Peanuts, Sesame seeds, Soybeans, Sulphur dioxide (and sulphites).

For detailed information about allergens in our cakes and products, please contact us directly before placing your order. We recommend that you inform us of any allergies when placing an order.
