Noelyne Bakes was born when a friend created my Instagram page and encouraged me to share my creations online. What began as a hobby quickly grew into a business, with each cake teaching me something new and sparking my creativity. Baking became my safe space—a place where I found peace and purpose, even while juggling the demands of university.
Crafting Memories
Today, I specialize in creating cakes for all occasions, including weddings, birthdays, and special events. In 2024, I took my passion for wedding cakes more seriously and also committed to expanding my teaching through The Noelyne Bakes Academy. With over five years of teaching experience, I now guide aspiring bakers in cake design, business management, and building confidence in their craft.

Genesis
Welcome to Noelyne Bakes! My name is Noelyne, and my baking journey began in 2016 with a passion for turning simple ingredients into edible works of art. I started with fondant designs, not knowing much about buttercream cakes at the time, and found joy in baking for my church, friends, and family.
Finding Peace
Baking has always been more than a hobby for me; it’s my safe space. The kitchen is where I find peace, creativity, and joy, even in the busiest times. It was my refuge during university, where I juggled academics with my growing love for baking. Every challenge only fueled my determination to improve my craft and grow my business.
Giving Back
The Academy is a place where I share everything I’ve learned—not just cake decoration but also the business side of things like customer acquisition and management. My goal is to empower aspiring bakers to turn their own cake-decorating dreams into reality.
